We’ll start with a cozy guided meditation, spend some time writing our intentions for the month ahead, and create spell jars for our intentions!

Please bring:

• a yoga mat, meditation pillow, or cozy blanket to sit on

• a journal or piece of paper and something to write with

• a mug for tea

• your magic
